Family Dinner (2025)

“Family Dinner” is a Live Action Role Play (Larp) game designed by myself and Alexandre Achour. The game uses the fiction of a family dinner to practice navigating exchange, conversation and tensions across difference. Various characters and family structures are developed and explored through preparatory workshops where the design of the game is taught. This is followed by the playing of the game which takes place over a real dinner. 

This game took place in Berlin in April 2024 and again in August 2025 in the framework of JASS (Jewish Activism Summer School).
